Document ID: 111 Page 1 of 3 April 18, 2017 installation INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE installation : Job site conditions, substrate testing and preparation are critical to the success of a Fritztile installation . Do not start until you have read Fritztile Pre- installation Guidelines (Document #110). If these guidelines are not followed, installation failure may occur. Do not install in buildings that are not climate controlled. All concrete floors must be tested for moisture and pH regardless of age or grade level. When using FA88 Adhesive: o Permanent HVAC must be fully operational, controlled and set at a minimum of 68 F, in use condition, for a minimum of 72 hours before testing/ installation begins. o Slab temperature must be a minimum of 55 F. o Ambient relative humidity must be below 60%. o Do not use FA88 if Moisture Vapor Emission Rate, tested in compliance with ASTMF1869, exceeds 10 lbs per 1,000 square feet over 24 hours.
