FUNDAMENTAL RULES - MCRHRDI
1 FUNDAMENTAL RULES 1. These RULES are called as the FUNDAMENTAL RULES . Came into force with effct from 1-1-1922. 2. Apply to all Government servants paid from the Consolidated Fund of the State and to any other class of Government servants to which the Government may by order declares them to be applicable. These RULES cannot be modified or replaced to the disadvantage of any person already in service except in respect of matters relating to the age of superannuation.
