Acceptance of Entire Agreement: These PURCHASE order GENERAL TERMS and CONDITIONS (hereinafter defined as the GTC ), including the TERMS and CONDITIONS on the face of the PURCHASE order delivered by Stornoway Diamonds (Canada) Inc.
