Daud Laser Technology Laboratory, Physics Department Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, 81310 Skudai, Johor Bharu, Johor ABSTRACT This paper describes the development of high Voltage Power Supply for Electro-Optics applications. The Power Supply consists of MOSFET driver, Voltage multiplier circuit and Voltage controller. A single timer 555 generates kHz square pulse to drive the Power MOSFET that connected to a standard step up transformer.
