Works closely with senior HR management in supporting HR projects and plans. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas to include, but not limited to: unemployment claims, benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation/enforcement, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and EEO 1, VETS 4212, and employment law compliance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Administers various human Resources plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the Employee Handbook and the Policies and Procedures manual.
