You will find the online process quick and easy, with online help features to guide you. When you complete your transaction, the Portal will provide a paper confirmation of your Enrollment transaction that you will be able to print for your records. For additional help using the Portal, online web-based training for the new Provider Healthcare Portal is available on the Provider Healthcare Portal Training page on this site. If you are not able to use the Portal, you may use paper forms.
