Purpose This BULLETIN details the organisations to which The Bahamas has entrusted survey, audit and certification under the provisions of the relevant regulations of the Conventions to which The Commonwealth of The Bahamas is a party. 2. Recognised Organisations & Recognised Security Organisations The following twelve (12) organisations have been authorised to carry out statutory survey, audit and certification of Bahamian ships and audit and certification of Companies operating Bahamian ships.
