PURPOSE To implement the Security control requirements for the Awareness and Training (AT) control family, as identified in National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-53, Revision 4, Security and Privacy Controls for Federal Information Systems and Organizations. 2. SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY The Procedures cover all EPA Information and Information systems to include Information and Information systems used, managed, or operated by a contractor, another agency, or other organization on behalf of the EPA.
