An up to six month time extensio on may be granted g if thee conditions specified beelow are meet. This exte ension does not apply to o operationall vehicles in an area currently condu ucting emisssions testing approved for reciprocity or o that could d reasonablyy be driven tto an area th hat has such h emissions testing (seee Table 1 foor jurisdictions with apprroved vehicle emissions testing programss). If the opeerational vehhicle is in on ne of these aareas, the ow wner or operator of thatt vehicle must m have it tested in tha at area and submit the eemissions te est documen nt to the proggram for comppliance creditt.
