Were you enrolled in the CHEC Independent School for 2016/2017 (the past school year)? If so, then you must first submit your attendance records and assessments to complete your 2016/2017 ENROLLMENT . Your 2017/2018 APPLICATION will not be processed until your 2016/2017 year is complete. 2. Read through all of the CHEC Independent School Policies (available at ). 3. Retrieve copies of your children s most recent immunization records, or sign new exemption forms (page 12), and include with your completed APPLICATION . Due to a recent change in Colorado Revised Statutes, every family must submit immunization or exemption records every year, regardless if there have been any updates since last year.
