Introduction and Overview
The Tennessee Workers’ Compensation Medical Fee Schedule Rules became effective July 1, 2005, pursuant to a mandate from the Tennessee General Assembly as part of the Tennessee Workers’ Compensation Reform Act of 2004. See Tenn. Code Ann. § 50-6-204. The Medical Fee Schedule has undergone several revisions since the first version.
