THE Mines AND MINERALS ( development AND REGULATION)AMENDMENT ACT, 2021NO. 16 OF 2021[28th March, 2021.]An Act further to amend the Mines and Minerals ( development and Regulation)Act, it enacted by Parliament in the Seventy-second Year of the Republic of India asfollows: 1.
