Job Advertisement Executive Assistant At the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport (CAMS) we are a passionate team focused on the development, regulation, promotion and administration of motor sport across Australia. As the National Sporting Authority and custodian of four wheeled motor sport, we have developed a solid membership base and a dedicated team with a commitment to doing what's best for the sport. The Motor Sport department is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to organise and coordinate a variety of stakeholders. As the first point of contact for all CEO, General Manager Motor Sport and motor sport discipline enquiries, this role will respond to enquires or direct them appropriately, whilst ensuring the effective operation of these functions. Key responsibilities include: Providing administrative support to the CEO, GM Motor Sport, motor sport department, Commissions and Committees. Coordination of meeting logistics and travel arrangements.
