LEAK TEST PROCEDUREAll piping shall be pressure tested after the construction and before being place in operation to prove it hasadequate strength for the propose and that it does not leak. Testing shall not commerce until at last joint to allowsufficient time for the joint to Piping (from outlet of service station to valve)1)Close and plug or cap all opening completed )3)Pressurized each completed line to a pressure of 90 psi measure with a pressure gauge.(point A and point B)4)Testing medium - Nitrogen5)The piping will be checked with soap and water )The pressure will be held for a period of 24 hours.
