A School of Good Samaritan Education Learning Support Officer (LSO) Role Description Role Purpose The Learning Support Officer (LSO) supports the mission, vision and values of the College community and the College's Good Samaritan Benedictine tradition where hospitality, peace and justice, stewardship and community are key. The Rule of St Benedict gives guidance in this mission- arrange all things so that the strong have something to strive for and the weak have nothing to run from (RB: Ch. 64:19). The Learning Support Officer works collaboratively with Inclusive Learning staff, students, parents and teachers to meet the individual Learning needs of students.
