Newly diagnosed myeloma in patients considered ineligible for stem cell transplant. Bluteq approval is required 2. Newly diagnosed myeloma patients eligible for stem cell transplant, in preference to regimens that need more hospital attendances and parenteral administrations to reduce toxicity of treatment and number of admissions needed for treatment.

Dose adjustments, as summarised below, are recommended to manage grade 3 or 4 neutropenia or thrombocytopenia, or other grade 3 or 4 toxicity judged to be related to lenalidomide. Note: Consider re-escalating lenalidomide dose provide toxicities have completely resolved.
