Industry User Guide for the Account Number LOCATOR Financial Assessment Subsystem - Multifamily Housing (FASSUB) Release July 7, 2017 13-1 Chapter 13: Account Number Locator Overview The FASSUB Development Team has heard many requests from users on the need for a tool to quickly find a required Account Number . Given the fact that the Account Numbers are not numerically ordered within the templates, it is sometimes difficult to locate a specific Account Number within the 11 different template screens. Suggestions ranged from publishing an ordered lookup matrix, to providing an online lookup table, to providing links to the actual accounts. Although all are programmatically possible, the more advanced suggestions would take much more time to implement. In an effort to provide our users with a timely solution to this problem, an Account Matrix is provided in this chapter to assist you in finding the exact screen in which a specific Account Number is located.
