ACROMIOPLASTY & ROTATOR CUFF REPAIR Moderate strength evidence does not support the routine use of acromioplasty as a concomitant treatment as compared to arthroscopic repair alone for patients with small to medium sized full-thickness rotator cuff tears. Strength of Recommendation: Moderate
