In addition to optimizing Calibration interval management, following these guidelines can significantly contribute to improving compliance with MIL-STD 45662A and ISO-9000. 1. Introduction Calibration managers are faced with increasing pressures to minimize costs while improving compliance with "Rev. A" of MIL-STD-45662A, establishing compliance with ISO-9000, and improving the reliability of Measurement and test equipment. By optimizing Calibration Intervals , unnecessary calibrations can be minimized, thereby reducing costs.
