Compliance testing of the permanent works to be carried out by the Contractor at specified frequencies is scheduled by the compiler in Appendix 1/5 to the Specification. Paragraph 2(x) of the Preambles to the Bill of Quantities covers testing listed in Appendix 1/5 and no items should be included in the Bill of Quantities in respect of these tests.
