Minimum Educational Standard for commencement of Training set under Regulation 11(a) of Nurses (Registration and Disciplinary Procedure) Regulations and Regulation 11 of Enrolled Nurses (Enrolment and Disciplinary Procedure) Regulations (Revised on 10 March 2011) The Nursing Council of Hong Kong ( the Council ) has, in accordance with regulation 11(a) of the Nurses (Registration and Disciplinary Procedure) Regulations (Cap. 164A) and regulation 11 of the Enrolled Nurses (Enrolment and Disciplinary Procedure) Regulations (Cap. 164B), laid down the Minimum entry requirements for training of nurses, which are set out below.
