3 TRANSFERRING A CALL TO AN OUTSIDE NUMBER 1. Press and select an outside line. 2. Dial the desired telephone number. 3. Wait for an answer, announce the call, and then hang up. If the number is busy, there is no answer, or the transfer is refused, press the flashing key to return to the caller.
