POSITION DESCRIPTION: Responsible for accomplishing the commander's plans and programs to attain the unit's training and mobilization readiness objectives. Serves as principal instructor for the Regional Training Site Maintenance (RTS-M); responsible for providing institutional training within assigned Ordnance Career Management Fields to Active Component, Army NATIONAL GUARD , and Army Reserve in support of the modular force and state mission requirements; conduct specific blocks of instruction in Soldier s primary and secondary MOS using Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) approved lesson plans; assist in revising the developing TRADOC programs of instruction (POI) as needed; assists other instructors and performs duties as required by the RTS-M OIC/Director. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must be qualified in or meet prerequisites for 91X in accordance with DA Pam training (completion of MOS 91B, 91C, 91D, 91E, 91F, 91H, 91L or 91S course conducted under the auspices of the USA Ordnance School) is mandatory unless a waiver is granted by the Commandant, US Army Ordnance School.
