To consider and adopt the Audited Profit & Loss Account for the year ended 31st March, 2012 and the Balance Sheet as on that date and the report of Directors and Auditors thereon. 2. To confirm payment of interim dividend on Preference Shares and declare dividend on 26,26,667 10% Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares proportionately from the date of allotment till 31st March 2012. 3.
