IT Services is comprised of 15 developers and 1 business analyst. Currently, IT Services has over 12 active projects, 8 project charters awaiting signature, and in excess of 30 web sites or applications that they support. IT Services has no dedicated project manager. IT Services currently utilizes network drives, SharePoint, a custom time tracking application and a shared custom help desk application to track tasks, projects, and documentation.
