Procurement Engineering Standard Purchase Clause Code: Title: QA CSA OR CSA OR ALTERNATE R010 Applicable to: Items and services with CSA or CSA quality program requirements This Clause applies to Purchase orders placed on or after March 19, 2018 Page 1 of 2 QA Program CSA or CSA requirements The supplier shall implement, maintain, and provide item(s) / service(s) in accordance with a quality program as assessed and accepted by Ontario Power Generation as meeting the requirements specified in the Ontario Power Generation Purchase order and the requirements of CSA or CSA -16. For non-Pressure Boundary items (components and piece-parts) an ISO 9001-2008 quality assurance program or other quality program accepted by OPGN is acceptable. For Pressure Boundary items (components and pressure retaining piece-parts) CSA B51 Category A TO H fittings only, the manufacturer shall have a valid statutory declaration showing the CRN.
