The DOH s Section 8 Housing Choice voucher Program (HCV), funded by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and authorized by the Federal Housing Act of 1937 as amended; 2. The DOH s Section 8 Family Self Sufficiency Program (FSS); 3. The DOH s Project-based Section 8 Housing Choice voucher Program; 4. The DOH s Section 8 Single Room Occupancy (SRO) Moderate Rehabilitation Program; and 5. The State-funded rental assistance Program (RAP).
