First opening it s doors in 1968; MTM Molded Products began as a simple idea for storing ammo. Founder Bill Minneman, an avid hunter since early childhood, needed a sturdy container to store his reloaded ammo. At the time, everyone settled for paper bags or cardboard boxes. A toolmaker by trade, and a practical inventor by nature, Bill created the Case-Gard 50 series, which is still available today.
