Any additional or different TERMS in Supplier's form are hereby deemed to be material alterations and notice of objection to them and rejection of them is hereby given. If this PURCHASE ORDER is construed as an acceptance of Supplier's offer, this acceptance is expressly conditioned on Supplier's agreement to any different or additional TERMS from Supplier's offer contained in these TERMS and CONDITIONS .
