July 2015 PURCHASE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Complete agreement, no modification. Acceptance of this PURCHASE ORDER is expressly limited to these TERMS and CONDITIONS . Any additional or different TERMS in Supplier's form are hereby deemed to be material alterations and notice of objection to them and rejection of them is hereby given. If this PURCHASE ORDER is construed as an acceptance of Supplier's offer, this acceptance is expressly conditioned on Supplier's agreement to any different or additional TERMS from Supplier's offer contained in these TERMS and CONDITIONS . This PURCHASE ORDER , together with (a) any supply agreement covering the subject matter of this PURCHASE ORDER , (b) any exhibits or supplements, (c) any additional warranties given by Supplier, (d) any documents referenced in this PURCHASE ORDER , and (e) PACCAR's written instructions shall contain the complete and final agreement between PACCAR and Supplier. No agreement or any other understanding in any way purporting to modify these TERMS and CONDITIONS shall apply unless agreed to in a writing signed by PACCAR's authorized representative.
