Preparing Students for Tomorrow Caring for Them Today Purchasing Policies and Procedures Manual Updated October 1, 2017 Alief ISD has elected to utilize the allowed grace period to implement the new EDGAR procurement Policies and Procedures . The new procurement requirements will go in effect July 1, 2018. In regards to the procurement by Federal funds, Alief ISD has elected to take the grace period, allowing applicable procurements made prior to the implementation date shall be in accordance with OMB Circular A-133. All employees entrusted with Purchasing responsibilities shall fully comply with all Policies and Procedures contained herein.
