Biosecurity Act 2014 (the Act) and the Biosecurity Regulation 2016 (the Regulation) provide protection for Queensland’s profitable industries, unique environment, and community from biosecurity threats. This manual describes the risk minimisation requirements for movement of biosecurity carriers to be followed in compliance with the Regulation.
