The Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides that private Property may not be taken for public use without the payment of just compensation.
• Items of real or personal property located on the property that belong to another person; or • Presence of hazardous materials, underground storage or utilities. This is the owner’s opportunity to tell the appraiser about anything relevant to the property’s valuation, including other properties in the area that have sold recently.
