Rev. 11/2004 REASONABLE PARENTING time RIGHTS REASONABLE PARENTING time is the schedule upon which the parties can agree. When the Court orders REASONABLE PARENTING time without further definition, and the parties cannot agree, then the following schedule is utilized. This schedule is not appropriate for infants or other very young children, or children who have not spent consistent time with the non-custodial parent. ALTERNATE WEEKENDS Pick-up at 6:00 Friday and return at 6:00 Sunday. If second shift schedule is involved, pick-up at 10:00 Saturday and return at 6:00 Sunday. MID-WEEK PARENTING time AND TELEPHONE CONTACT The non-custodial parent may have PARENTING time each Wednesday, unless otherwise agreed, being picked up following school/work and being returned no later than 8:00 Both parents are entitled to telephone contact with their children while with the other parent, limited to one call per day before 8:00 HALLOWEEN Although not a major holiday, some parents may choose to alternate this date.
