Redistricting Information The Supreme Court of Virginia now has responsibility for the Redistricting of Virginia. The Court is committed to transparency in this process. On behalf of the Court, we provide the citizens of Virginia with a memo submitted by the Special Masters. In this memo, the Special Masters provide an overview of their approach and methodology for developing Redistricting maps for the Virginia Senate, Virginia House of Delegates, and Congress.
