ReevingCommon Applications ot HOIST ReevingsReeving refers to the configuration of the wire rope, blocksand drum of the hoist. Reeving elfects headroom, littingspeed and capacity by increasing the hoist's mechanicaladvantage. Beeving also determines if the hoist has lateralhook movement or true vertical three terms used in Reeving arc', single, double andparl.
