Regulations Statutory Authority The Department of Public Welfare (Department), by this order, adopts the regulation set forth in Annex A pursuant to the authority of sections 201(2), 403(b), and of the Public Welfare Code (Code) (62 201(2), 403(b), and ), as amended by the act of June 30, 2011 ( 89, No. 22) (Act 22). Omission of Proposed Rulemaking On July 1, 2011, the General Assembly enacted the act of June 30, 2011 ( 89, No. 22 (Act 22)), which amended the Code.
