Service Minder: Entering Photos | Revised 11/21/11 1 Resident Photos Resident s Photos can be entered into Service Minder to be used for EMAR medication passes and to print on Resident forms such as the Face Sheet. 1. First open the folder that the photo is saved in. It is recommended to compress the photo size to allow for easier uploading. If your Photos are a small enough size, you can skip to step 9. 2. Right click on the photo and open with microsoft office Picture manager 3. Click On Edit Service Minder: Entering Photos | Revised 11/21/11 2 4. Click on Compress pictures 5. Under Compress pictures settings, choose Compress for: Web pages 6. Click OK 7. Now save your photo 8. You may now close microsoft office Picture manager . 9. Go back to the folder that your Resident Photos are saved in. 10. Again Right click on the photo and now open with Paint. 11. Now you will want to select the photo and copy the photo into Eldermark . 8. You may now close Microsoft Office Picture Manager. 9. Go back to the folder that your resident photos are saved in. 10. Again Right click on the photo and now open with Paint. 11. Now you will want to select the photo and copy the photo into Eldermark.
