A wide variety of approaches have been developed over the years to predict COVERAGE using propagation models. Propagation models are useful for predicting signal attenuation or path loss which may be used as a controlling factor for SYSTEM performance or COVERAGE so as to achieve perfect reception. In this paper Asset s path loss model for macro cells has been used and then the received signal strength is calculated to determine COVERAGE .
