1340-03-06-.07 IGNITION INTERLOCK INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS. (1) An ignition interlock device shall be installed, serviced and removed in all makes and models of motor vehicles only by personnel who have been certified by the manufacturer of the ignition interlock device in the installation, servicing and removal of such device.
