This advice Note provides guidance on the steps to be taken by the Overseeing Organisation (OO), its agents and contractors under New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA) when diversionary works may be required to apparatus owned by an Undertaker. Diversionary works include the removal, alteration and protection of Undertakers' apparatus.
