Sac county zoning ORDINANCE 1 SAC county , iowa , ORDINANCE NO. 6 AN ORDINANCE establishing zoning regulations for the unincorporated territory of Sac county , iowa , and providing for the administration, enforcement, and amendments thereof, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 335, Code of iowa , and for the repeal of the existing zoning regulations. Section 1 REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES: All other ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ORDINANCE are hereby repealed to the extent necessary to give this ORDINANCE full force and effect. Section 2 SEVERABILITY: If, for any reason, any part, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this ORDINANCE , or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is declared to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ORDINANCE .
