Every time a new Generation enters the workforce managers tend to struggle to understand the new group. As the next Generation enters the workforce, managers must adjust their management techniques to get better results. The new Generation is about understanding that everyone sees the world their own way, a concept that is crucial for managers to understand. Each Generation has unique experiences that shape their behaviors and attitudes. Generation Y views the world much differently than the previous generations.
