As defined by the World Health Or-ganization (WHO), SDoH are the conditions in which people are born, grow, live, work and age. These cir-cumstances are shaped by the distribution of money, power and resources at global, national and local lev-els [1]. The Social Determinants of Health also deter-mine access and quality of medical care sometimes referred to as medical Social Determinants of Health (see Figure 1 for the County Health Rankings model of factors shaping Health ).
