soft token activation User Guide . We advise you to perform activation of Software token in the office, when you have access to your personal computer and mobile phone. 1. Install Google Authenticator on your mobile phone. If your mobile phone cannot run Google Authenticator please contact WHO Global Service Desk for advice. 2. If you have laptop or computer to access your WHO email, proceed to step 3 below. If you have only mobile phone to read your WHO email, proceed to step 6 below. 3. On your laptop or desktop open email message from Open Systems Mission Control with subject Your software token activation request and click activation link to open activation page: 4. On your mobile phone start Google Authenticator click Begin Setup button, then Scan Barcode and point phone camera to your computer screen to capture QR code. Once QR code is read, software will display 6- diggit code. 5. On your laptop or desktop enter 6-digit code displayed on your mobile device to Activate filed, than press Activate button.
