Speaking Engagement Agreement Thank you for agreeing to speak at Sage Intacct Advantage 2018 (the Conference ). The contributions by our customers and partners are invaluable to the success of the conference. As a presenter at an approved session at the Conference ( Speaker ), you agree that: x You will NOT advertise or solicit business in your oral and/or written presentation and support materials. x Sage Intacct may reproduce, print, publish, broadcast or disseminate in any medium, your name, likeness, voice and biographical material for purposes of trade or advertising in connection with the Conference. Sage Intacct may make audio and video recordings of your performance at the Conference and include portions of such recordings or photography in Sage Intacct's media publications. x Speaker changes requested after the acceptance of your session are subject to review by Sage Intacct and may cause session cancellation.
