SPECIFICATION for isco HDPE dual containment pipe . SECTION 15000 MECHANICAL. 1. GENERAL. This SPECIFICATION shall govern the materials and installation of polyethylene dual contained system of pipe , structures and leak detection. Installation shall be performed in accordance with this SPECIFICATION . The general contractor shall be responsible for the installation and operation of the piping system. No deviation from this SPECIFICATION shall be allowed without express written consent of the engineer.
