Senthilkumar ABSTRACT A novel, simple, fast and reproducible UV Spectrophotometric method was developed using 2M urea solution as hydrotropic solubilizing agent for the estimation of poorly water-soluble drug amlodipine besylate in bulk and in pharmaceutical dosage form.
Journal of Applied Pharmaceutical Science 01 (09); 2011: 177-180 suitably with distilled water to get 10 µg/mL and 15 µg/mL each of amlodipine besylate.
