1 of 60 12/17 new york STATE thruway AUTHORITY ADDENDUM TO THE Standard Specifications The Standard Specifications published by the new york State Department of Transportation shall form a part of the agreement. The dated edition that applies to this contract is shown on the front cover of the proposal. All work contemplated under this contract is to be covered by, and be in conformance with, the Standard Specifications as modified by this Addendum, the contract proposal or the contract plans. Also, the bidder s attention is directed to the fact that the new york State thruway Authority, acting through its duly authorized officers, is the contracting party herein and the Specifications referenced above shall be read accordingly. All special notes bound in this proposal shall be incorporated. If a conflict exists between the special Specifications and/or provisions set forth in this proposal and the Specifications and/or provisions set forth in the new york State Department of Transportation s Standard Specifications , those in the proposal shall govern.
