Research on STRATEGIC ALLIANCE in the past few decades has suggested that STRATEGIC ALLIANCE can enhance competitiveness . Whatever forms joint venture, equity based or nonequity based, STRATEGIC ALLIANCE assist in ensuring the economic value addition, multidimensional inter-firm network, and inter-organizational coordination.
